No. The preliminary assessment starts with current status, time of stay and what you intend to organize. You do not need to master form names to take the first step
Does MGM handle any change of status?

Are F-1, OPT, COS and I-539 the same process?
No. They are different moments and instruments in the journey of someone already in the U.S. Fit depends on current status and goal · organized case by case in the preliminary assessment; legal conclusions, when engaged, belong to an independent attorney
Does MGM provide legal advice on status?

What is Change of Status?
It is a request, filed inside the United States, to move from one nonimmigrant category to another (for example, from student to another authorized stay) without leaving the country. It differs from Adjustment of Status, which seeks permanent residence
What is the F-1 visa?

What is OPT?

What is the difference between a visa and immigration status?
