Business
Your business project can open an option toward the United States.
Capital, corporate structure, operations and U.S. presence can connect to different immigration options. MGM helps you understand the picture, organize information and documents and move forward with clarity.
You can start with the business goal and capital — the category is defined later.
The option is not defined only by investment amount or title. It depends on what you intend to build, the business structure, the relationship between companies and how the project connects to the United States.
-
I want to invest in and direct an eligible U.S. business
-
I need to transfer executives or specialists between related companies
-
I am a multinational leader seeking permanent residence
-
I want permanent residence through a qualifying investment

I already have EB-5 conditional residence and need the next stage
-
I am not sure yet which option matches my project
Five business options. Five different logics.
All of these options relate to investment, expansion or business leadership, but they do not require the same profile, capital or documentation. Knowing the initial differences helps you ask better questions.

A business project needs to be organized, not only described.
Plans, capital, corporate structure, operations and documents need to form a clear, coherent line. In the initial stage, we seek to understand the goal, current moment and what already exists to move forward.
No single element tells the whole story. Value lies in how project, evidence and future goal connect · and that is what we organize in the preliminary assessment.
Trust comes from clarity, organization and follow-through.
We do not promise shortcuts or automatic outcomes. Our commitment is to make the process understandable, organized and conducted with seriousness.
A clear work plan
Steps, priorities and responsibilities are organized so the process does not rely on improvisation.
Centralized information
Documents, requests and pending items are coordinated in a structured way, reducing scatter and rework.
Clear communication
You receive objective guidance on what needs to be done and can track the next step in the process.
We turn scattered information into an organized journey.
A business project may gather corporate documents, plans, capital evidence and participants with distinct responsibilities. MGM creates structure so information and pending items move within a clear flow.

Frequently asked questions
Clear answers before you begin.
Do I need to know which visa to choose before the assessment?
No. The preliminary assessment starts with the business goal, capital or operation involved and current context. You do not need to master category names to take the first step
What is the difference between E-2 and EB-5?
No. In high-level coordination terms: E-2 is often treated as a temporary visa tied to investment and directing a business; EB-5 as a permanent-residence pathway based on investment, with its own stages. Which, if either, fits your goal depends on profile and individual analysis; the preliminary assessment organizes that starting point
Do L-1 and EB-1C require a multinational company?
In many coordination scenarios, they involve related entities and multinational transfer or leadership. Details depend on structure and role · organized case by case; legal conclusions belong to an independent attorney when engaged
Does MGM sell jobs or find sponsors?
No. MGM does not sell jobs or invent sponsors. We coordinate information, documents and participants when there is a real business or investment project to organize
Can I include my spouse and children?
In some categories, a spouse and children may be included in project organization as family members. Whether and how that applies to your case depends on individual analysis by an authorized professional · the preliminary assessment helps gather context
What happens after I submit the assessment?
MGM receives the initial information, organizes the picture presented and contacts you to guide the next step. Submission does not conclude eligibility or outcome
Does the preliminary assessment create any commitment?
No. Submitting does not require you to hire services. It helps organize initial information and prepare the next contact. It also does not confirm eligibility or guarantee an outcome
What is a Green Card?
It is the common name for the document that proves lawful permanent residence in the United States. A Green Card holder may live and work in the country permanently, subject to the rules for maintaining that status. It is not U.S. citizenship
What is the E-2 visa?
In general terms (informational guidance): a nonimmigrant visa associated with nationals of treaty countries who invest in and direct a U.S. business. Living and working are generally tied to that investment; it is not, by itself, a Green Card. Case applicability belongs to an independent attorney
What is the L-1 visa?
It is an intracompany transfer visa for executives, managers or specialized-knowledge professionals moving from a foreign company to a related U.S. entity. It is temporary and distinct from permanent residence
What is EB-1C?
It is a permanent residence category for certain multinational executives or managers transferred to the United States by a related company. It points to a Green Card; it is not the same as the temporary L-1 visa, though the contexts may relate
What is EB-5?
In general terms (informational guidance): a permanent residence category based on investment in the United States, with its own capital, job and program-stage rules. In many scenarios, residence begins conditionally and later includes the I-829 step. Case applicability belongs to an independent attorney
What is USCIS?
It is the U.S. government agency that handles many immigration and citizenship filings inside the country (United States Citizenship and Immigration Services). When a case has steps abroad, other agencies (such as the Department of State) may also be involved
